Sawing and Preparation of Parts
We offer to prepare the necessary parts from the slab/board materials we sell. We carry out sawing, drilling, processing of sawn edges, creation of bungs for connecting materials to each other. Thanks to integrated production capacities, in our company the client can get not only raw materials, but also ready-made products or product components.
The customer's benefit – the opportunity to optimise one of their production stages without employing additional labour and without renting or purchasing specialised equipment. The customer can carry out further production of his product from previously prepared elements.
We offer to manufacture blanks, parts or ready-made slab products, starting from one unit to an unlimited number. For example, we have placed an order for 54,000 parts. Our service is widely used by industries that require sheet materials: furniture manufacturing, toy manufacturing, construction, mechanical engineering, metalworking, woodworking and many others that regularly or periodically need to produce different numbers of larger or smaller parts. We also work with individual clients who need one or more slab/board components for household or craft needs – DIY segment.
It should be emphasised that small sawing services are available every day – during working hours, when, after choosing the necessary material, we offer to perform sawing in the required dimensions on the spot, thus saving the customer's time! In particular, this service is important in critical situations, when a solution to the problem is needed in the shortest possible time!
Delivery
We provide delivery throughout Latvia, regardless of the size and type of order. Thanks to successful and reliable cooperation with partners in the transport industry, we can deliver orders to any place in the world.
Our advantage is that by constantly expanding cooperation with foreign markets, we can ensure regular deliveries, reliable transport chains that in turn allow us to establish fixed transport costs and cooperation with stable, safe and fast delivery partners. The customer will always receive the order at the specified time and amount.
